To ensure each engagement is purposeful and productive, all consultations are conducted by appointment only.

Before Scheduling a Discovery Discussion

Prior to requesting a discovery discussion, we ask that you review our Professional Services and Fees & Engagement Structure pages to understand our advisory role, service scope, and engagement model.

Discovery discussions are used to:

• Assess alignment and scope
• Clarify the nature of the initiative
• Determine whether an advisory engagement is appropriate

During the scheduling process, you will be asked to provide key information, including:

• Your name and organization
• The nature of your initiative
• The type of advisory support you are seeking

Appointments are not confirmed unless the required information is completed. This ensures alignment from the outset and allows conversations to remain focused and constructive.
