Legal Support & Advocacy for Farmers and Landowners

Protecting Your Rights, Your Land, and Your Legacy

When you’re facing discrimination, land loss, unfair treatment from agencies, or long-standing legal issues tied to your farm, navigating the system alone can feel overwhelming. You deserve experienced support, a clear plan, and access to legal professionals who understand agriculture and the challenges farmers face — especially Black farmers who have historically encountered unequal treatment.

I work alongside a seasoned national legal team with extensive experience in civil rights, federal litigation, agricultural discrimination cases, administrative actions, land disputes, and government program challenges. Their backgrounds include federal court practice, multi-state litigation, complex claims work, and past involvement in farm-related civil rights matters.

Together, we help you understand your options, prepare your case, and take the steps needed to protect your land and pursue justice.

How I Support You Throughout the Legal Process 1. Case Intake & Evaluation

Your process begins with a structured conversation where we:

  • Review what happened
  • Examine your documentation
  • Create a clear timeline
  • Determine whether your situation fits legal action

This helps you understand where you stand before you commit to anything further.

2. Connecting You With Experienced Legal Counsel

Once we understand your situation, I coordinate with a respected team of lawyers who have handled complex agricultural and civil rights cases across the country.

They bring the legal power — I help make sure you’re supported, organized, and prepared.

You receive:

  • Clear communication
  • Guidance on what documents matter
  • Help understanding the legal process
  • A direct path to experienced attorneys

You never have to feel confused or left in the dark.

3. Preparing Your Case for the Legal Team

Legal cases often fail because the information is unorganized or incomplete. I help you avoid that.

My support may include:

  • Structuring your documentation
  • Preparing a clean case file
  • Helping draft statements or timelines
  • Organizing financial records or correspondence
  • Making sure deadlines and requests are met

This gives the legal team everything they need to move quickly and effectively on your behalf.

4. Support With Agriculture-Related Claims

You may be dealing with:

  • Discrimination in lending or USDA programs
  • Loan denial or mishandling
  • Foreclosure connected to unfair practices
  • Heirs’ property disputes
  • Land loss due to administrative errors
  • Longstanding historical injustices

These situations require people who understand both agriculture and the law. You get both.

5. Ongoing Coordination & Advisory Support

While the attorneys handle the legal strategies, I remain by your side to:

  • Keep you informed
  • Help you understand complex updates
  • Make sure communication stays on track
  • Support you through each stage of the process

You always know what’s happening and what comes next.

Common Types of Cases We Assist With

Clients come to us for support with:

  • Agricultural discrimination claims
  • USDA loan appeals or benefit denials
  • Wrongful foreclosure or land seizure
  • Legacy claims tied to historical discrimination
  • Probate, heirs’ property & land retention
  • Administrative hearings and federal program disputes
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or procedural violations
  • Multi-year disputes involving federal agencies

Your situation may fit one of these, or it may be something entirely unique — either way, we help you get clarity.
